Export your data, step by step

There are a few steps to download your Supernatural data from Meta. Watch the video above, or follow the steps below to begin the export process.

   Log into your Meta Horizon account at accountscenter.meta.com

   On the left, click Your information and permissions

   Click Export your information ▾

   This should trigger a popup modal that says "Export your information".

   Click the blue Create export button

   Select the Horizon account tied to your Supernatural account ▾

   Tip! Your Horizon account will have the black Horizon logo next to your profile picture.

   Click Customize information. Deselect every field but Supernatural ▾

   Scroll through all app categories and hit "Clear all" for every data field except Supernatural. This part is tedious, but it ensures a quick, clean and minimal transfer of your Supernatural data.

   Set Date range to "All time"

   Set Format to "JSON"

   Set Notify to the email address you want to be notified ▾

   When your data is ready for download, Meta will send an email to the address you specify encouraging you to export your data

    Scroll down and click Start export ▾

    You may need to re-authenticate to meta before the export begins. Once you’re authenticated, your data export will be queued for completion. You will receive an email at the address specified in step 9 when your download is ready.

    Download your data ▾

    You will receive an email at the address selected in step 9 once your download is ready. Click the "Export your information" link from the email to go to your data export page. From there you should see your requested file export. Click the "Download" button to download the .zip file to your machine. Do not edit any of the contents of your data .zip as the file will be verified by the NEW Supernatural upon upload
